The only problem is the expiration date. It is only one month. I thought it might be very fresh.

I think the stroopwafels were stored on their side in a place that was too warm. Everything was stuck together. There was a greasy streak of syrup on the sides of the packages. This is unpleasant.

Delivered on time. And the stroopwafels were delicious! Definitely worth repeating.

Very satisfied. I placed an order on Tuesday. Unfortunately, due to a backlog with the delivery service because of Black Friday, they lost the package. Stroopwafels.online resolved it wonderfully by personally delivering a new order. What great service. Also, the stroopwafels are delicious!

The order arrived very late, but I must say that it is not the shop's fault. The shop was quick, clear, and professional, so I find it unfair to let this affect my review. Since I live in the eastern part of Asia and wanted my colleagues at work to experience a Dutch snack, I hoped to receive it within 7 days. However, it seems that the customs in the Netherlands and/or Japan felt it necessary to inspect the cookies for 2 weeks (note: the package is still not here at the time of writing). Although this does not affect my review of the shop itself, I am writing this as a warning for future customers of all kinds of shops that want to bring ultra-fresh products to the other side of the planet.
