My order arrived a day later than promised. That's not a big deal, as I don't mind waiting longer as long as I know. However, I do think it's important that webshops promise only what they can deliver. More seriously, the package of stroopwafels was packed in a box that was at least twice as large as the package and further filled with packing paper. Unnecessarily wasteful.

It was very easy to order through the website. I really appreciate that it was packaged in a beautiful luxury box and that you could send a card along with it. Ideal. Shipping abroad was also no problem, and within a few days, the package was delivered to our acquaintances in France.
