Good afternoon, I have just tried to contact you through your live chat on the website but thought it better to send an email as no one is responding. We ordered x6 chairs from you a number of weeks ago. Initially the chairs were unavailable with a delivery time of 3-4wks, a little disappointing but we received a 10% discount so things seemed ok. Until today that is, we received a mail telling us our shipment was on its way only to find out once it had arrived there are only x2 chairs that have been delivered, as you can imagine again a little disappointing. On opening the parcel we notice one of the chairs has a hole/rip in the seat (see attached photo) now we are becoming more than a little disappointed! On seeing the delivery was only x2 chairs we try to contact you to ask about the delivery and when we will receive the rest of the chairs only to find out that no one answers the phone number given on the website. Yes it’s one disappointment after another. We then find another phone number on the internet and this number does not work! Now I have to say we are more than disappointed with the situation, from start to finish this transaction and the service given has been ridiculous! Please could some have the decency to tell me the following:- 1. When will we receive the rest of our chairs?? and 2. Mooi tv meubel voor een goede prijs en snelle levering. Jammer dat de kleur vele malen donkerder is dan op de website

snelle levering, wel ongemakkelijk de kleine schroefjes in de planken van het rek te bevestigen>Klein voorboorgaatje zou fijn geweest zijn.
