i ordered on 25.11.2022 it was on your side everything on stock i have to call your office to ask what is with my order because Im getting no info about shipping ... your stuff told me that my order isn't in stock so I have to choose another color - so that was okay for me - but im waiting till today for the delivery - it needs 1,5 week to send it from your company to Hermes and now it needs another more week to bring it to berlin tomorrow its just 2,5 weeks ???!!!! I think you have to change your delivery partner because it seems that Hermes brings the package by bike from Mönchengladbach to berlin and on the other hand you have to be be more In contact with your clients for more information about order delivery or delay

Good morning, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. To clarify it a bit, you ordered during the busiest week of the year (black Friday). And besides that, the item you ordered (Gilles) is not showed on the website with current stock. So the site doesn't show whether its in stock or not. After your call we adjusted it immediately, and ordered the other color. Unfortunately the shipment is not going like as it supposed to be. Normally its max 2-3 days. As you hopefully can understand that we can't monitor every shipment we do. Just bad luck in this case. I am sorry to hear that all of this is worth a 1 star review..
