Product arrived damaged. And later I saw that this product was already used when it was shipped to me. Filled in form but no possibility to ad the demanded 6 photos they require. Try to call them for a week “this phone numbers is not in use at the moment”. Send an email to info@bongify.nl and info@bongify.eu ( found this adres on there page) with the photo’s and message about broken product. Sending mail to info@bongify.nl also doesn’t work because than you get the notification can’t deliver Mail to this adres. I waited 1 week to write this review to give them the time to react. So I wouldn’t recommend buying your bong here.

LET OP!! Kans is groot dat je geld kwijt bent als je bij Bongify iets besteld. Bij de reviews doen ze net zo als of ze het probleem willen oplossen. Ze vragen of je contact met hun wilt opnemen. Nou, dat is bullshit. Ik heb sms'en gestuurd, gebeld en ben nog steeds aan het wachten op een reactie (laatste bericht was op 5 juli).
