    Site is very slow and sometimes down, after some days this is because of "maintenance". (You put up a maintenance notice before you start doing it, not days into it, so I'm sure the web-shop's systems are not functioning how they should be) Waited for 7 days on my product, the status is still "processing" so I wasn't even sure if it was sent at all. No reply to my mail, nobody answering the 24/7 line for days. Everything promised regarding service was a lie.
