    I'm currently having an ongoing problem with my order. They didn't put the correct information about the product I purchased on the site. The moment I received the order I contacted them on their online form about the situation, got no response, or even a confirmation of receipt. The next day I wrote an email reiterating the issue so at least I would have some proof I was contacting them. Still no response at all and it has now been over a week.

    Gratis verzekerde verzending voor mijn bestelling, vriendelijke en behulpzame klantenservice toen er iets technisch mis ging op de website tijdens het bestelproces. Ik kreeg een prachtige grinder cadeau bij mijn bestelling die niet onder doet voor mijn Black Leaf grinder. De bestelde producten voldoen ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen en de gratis freebies waren een leuke verrassing.
