Is LCB LED Europe B.V. betrouwbaar? Reviews en keurmerk

I paid 9€ for shipping with PostNL, and the package was delivered to me by DPD (with which shipping costs 5€). The reason I pay extra for this is that DPD just throws the package away and it's lucky that I received the package.

The reason the package was not send through PostNL is because your address is not based on the "Waddeneilanden" This service is called "PostNL Waddeneilanden" because PostNL is the only company who delivers there. We will credit the remaining €4 but for the future we would recommend to give the service department a call so they can help you with issues like these. Team Ledlichtdiscounter.nl
Not satisfactory

They couldn’t deliver my full order from stock and their solution was to wait 3 weeks to ship it complete. They finally refunded 2/3 from my order and shipped the rest. What I received didn’t match the pictures on the website. The bulbs had lots of text printed on the glass which made them unsuitable for exposed use. I requested a return order on the bases of it differing from the pictures which they accepted pending I would pay the shipping. The experience costed me twice 7 eur of shipping, so a total of 14 eur plus the waisted time. That is if I get the refund of the cost of the bulbs because they received my package 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t processed the return.

Dear Catalina, Thank you for reaching out to us and we're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We started off by informing you about the order and its status, asking you about your preferred delivery. You told us you would like to either have 2 separate shipments or to have the "out of stock" products refunded. We chose to refund the remaining products, resulting in the rest of the remaining order being shipped out right away, to ensure you would receive your order as soon as possible. The initial shipping was free. Because you chose to return your items, this return costed you a one-time payment of €7. Because your order is classified as a standard return (meaning you have received exactly what you ordered), this means that the costs of the return-shipment are for you i.e. the customer. This is standard procedure, we don't offer free returns. The refund will take place as soon as possible, but because we only received your order last Thursday (the 21st or March) it obviously still needs to go through the final check at our financial department. We would recommend you to do future purchases in offline stores because we believe that would better fit your needs, after reading all of the different complains. Team Ledlichtdiscounter.nl

Het bleek heel erg veel werk te zijn om de lampen op te hangen. Er zou een beter systeem moeten komen dat je in een keer vastschroeft en dan het paneel erin clickt. Dit was een enorm gehannes om goed recht te krijgen. Zeker geen aanrader.

Beste Badriah, Bedankt voor uw bericht en het spijt ons te vernemen dat u niet te spreken bent over een van onze producten. Ledpanelen worden normaal gesproken geïnstalleerd in systeemplafonds en het is dan alleen een kwestie van de panelen neerleggen in het juiste vlak. Als u er voor kiest om ze op te hangen met een frame dan komt er inderdaad meer installatie werk bij kijken dan u normaal van een paneel gewent bent. Indien u geen ervaring heeft met het ophangen van dit soort systemen raden wij aan contact op te nemen met een installateur die ervaring heeft met het installeren van een frame. Verkeerde kleur Led besteld, was geen probleem om te ruilen. Hele kantoor nu op Led over voor een prima prijs en service.
