I am not satisfied with this purchase. The product quality was below what I expected, especially considering how it was presented online. It looked much better in the pictures than it did in real life. I also tried reaching out for support, but the replies felt generic and not very helpful. Instead of feeling like my issue was taken seriously, I felt like I was being brushed off. I would not order from this store again based on this experience.

Eerst leek de bestelling in orde, toen weer niet in orde, toen kreeg ik een e-mail maar ook geen tracking die werkte en later verscheen er iets, maar niet echt zoals ik dacht dat ik het had gekocht. De doos zag er ook een beetje vreemd uit, misschien beschadigd of gewoon slecht verpakt, ik weet het niet, maar het gaf meteen een slecht gevoel. Toen keek ik de site opnieuw na omdat ik dacht dat ik het misschien verkeerd had gelezen, maar nee, nog steeds verwarrend, en de klantenservice antwoordde wel, maar zei ook niets nuttigs. De algehele ervaring was redelijk, maar niet uitzonderlijk. Bestellen op de website was eenvoudig en rechttoe rechtaan, en het product arriveerde uiteindelijk in goede staat. Echter, de levering duurde iets langer dan ik had verwacht, en er was in de tussentijd niet veel communicatie. Het product zelf is prima en doet wat het moet doen, maar het viel niet op qua kwaliteit of presentatie. Ik zou zeggen dat dit een gemiddelde ervaring was met zowel positieve als negatieve punten.

This was an okay purchase. I did receive what I ordered, and the product works reasonably well, so I cannot say I had a bad experience. At the same time, I was not particularly impressed either. Some of the product information on the website could have been clearer, and I had a few questions after ordering that took longer than expected to be answered. In the end, everything worked out, but there is definitely room for improvement in communication and overall customer experience.

It was fine I guess but also not really smooth, like the order went through and I got it and nothing was super wrong but also I was not sure what was happening half the time. Delivery was a bit later maybe not too late but enough that I checked a few times. Product is okay, not bad, not amazing, just sort of there and does the thing mostly. I had one question and support answered, kind of, but then I had to read it twice because it was not super clear and maybe I was already annoyed by then. So yes okay overall, just not a wow experience and a bit all over the place.
