Great Mat!

The doormats were delivered quickly and were well packaged, but they look cheaper than in the photos on the website. The pattern somewhat reminds me of the guest toilet at grandma's house. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality... If I had wanted something cheap, I could have ordered it elsewhere. However, I paid more than 200 euros here... Update: Following my review, I was contacted with a response emphasizing that they strive for 100% customer satisfaction and that mats can always be exchanged or returned. This sounded promising, so I reached out in the hope that the issue could be resolved easily. To my surprise, however, they indicated that the delivered mats could no longer be fully credited because they were "presumably" already used. They offered an alternative, but I would still have to pay an additional €90!!! This feels not only unreasonable but also contrary to their promise of "100% customer satisfaction" and the right to exchange and return that they mentioned in their earlier response.

Very fast delivery, very good quality, could be easily trimmed. Only the packaging is very difficult to open...
