    I ordered a mat for a floor recess. Unfortunately, it was too small. Customer service via chat is relatively slow and takes 0.5–2 days per response. I received a replacement mat and also ordered an underlay mat. Both mats were again too small, and the edge of the second mat was crooked. I was told to return the items, and I did receive a refund. However, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
