Very good experience with the customer service of Deurmataanhuis! The package was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier. From the moment I informed customer service that I had not received the doormat, I was reassured that it would be resolved. Within a week, I indeed had a replacement in my home, even though it was a custom order! The first shipment was later found and picked up properly. The product is great!

Great mat! It works as promised, keeps dry, no more wet floor when you come inside! It sheds a bit at first, but that's temporary! Perfectly sized, highly recommended!
My package was delivered incorrectly, but deurmataanhuis was helpful and offered to send a new mat. Very nice. In the end, this turned out not to be necessary because the postal carrier found the package again. The intention was good!
