Fast delivery - excellent packaging. Normally I'm very satisfied with the quality. This time I'm disappointed. When buying 2 identical products, I would expect both to be identical. I have 2 soup bowls. One weights 380 gr and feels very cheap (which I wouldn't have bought in a shop). The other one weights 480 and feels solid and quality full. Heinen immediately took actions: I received new bowl of excellent quality. (old one to be returned for the outlet shop) Great service !
