The products and pricing are 5 Star. The Delivery was very fast, also 5 Star. But the sizing description on the Mugs is poor, so poor that I ordered the wrong size - even when I had one right in front of me that I bought at one of your stores. What you call Tea Mugs and Coffee Mugs have Identical designs (which I didn’t know), so I found the exact one I have called a Coffee Mug, and ordered several. It is literally 1/2 the size of your mug I already bought - not sufficient for a “Coffee” mug (only for Espresso). So when I checked again and found the identical but larger (appropriate Coffee cup size) called a “Tea Mug” I had to re-order, re-pay, and double down on shipping and international customs fees handing by DHL. All completely avoidable if you had appropriate descriptions. Your incomplete descriptions cost me an extra $100 in the end.

Poor communication regarding missing items. No alternatives offered and they did not reach out to me about this either. Poor customer service!
