I wanted to return the product. The web shop responded to my inquiry saying that the return label is in my account. It wasn't there. I looked up their address and sent the product to them with the packing slip. After that, I haven't heard anything (yet). By the way, bol.com was also not reachable.
Super fast service, arrived the next day. Beautiful quality! Of course, it's nice to have it wrapped as standard in these times.
