Order placed. After 3 days, I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed to ask where my order was and mentioned that the house number on the invoice was incorrect (only the house number letter was listed). I received a response that one product was out of stock. There was no response regarding the house number. I exchanged it for another product. And again, I had to wait. I didn't receive any tracking information, so I requested it myself. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 days. I did not receive it within 2 days. Then I tried calling twice. Both times, the call was hung up on me.
