    This company has a unique approach regarding online orders. When you place an order, you have the option to have it delivered to a location. Given the fragility of the ordered item, I chose this option. To my great surprise, they sent it via DHL, and I received a Track & Trace and a delivery notification. When I went to pick it up at the Heinen store in Delft, I found that the dish was completely shattered in the box. The ladies on-site kindly retrieved a new one from the store. My question is: why do they even send an item internally when there appears to be sufficient stock on location? This is an expensive affair this way (unnecessary transport costs and breakage costs).
