Heinen Delfts Blauw

i’ve received no dispatch email for my order was on 19th i’ve chased twice in last couple of days to see if it’s been shipped as this product is not coming to my address and had no response. i’ve had no advice as to if it is delayed and if it has been shipped then all the DHL boasting in the invoice email about having control over delivery is meaningless. Someone tell me what is please tell me what is happening?? ref: 201906904

The package did not go out the door the next working day as promised on the website, even though I had ordered well before 3 PM. One item, despite the good packaging, has a damage, but due to the late delivery, I no longer had time to resolve this or contact Heinen Delfts Blauw. (Gift for a trip abroad)

Very satisfied. First, I had a phone conversation, and they were able to answer my questions well. Then I ordered a personalized plate and communicated what needed to be on it. I received a quick response with a visual of the plate, followed by a photo of the sketch of the plate. Finally, after about a week, I received a photo of the final result and the notification that my order was on its way. It's great to be kept informed like that! The next day, the neatly packaged plate was delivered. An absolute recommendation!
