Heinen Delfts Blauw

I ordered 2 large Delft blue clogs to give as a gift. They are even more beautiful than I expected. They were delivered quickly and well packaged to prevent damage/breakage.

Very bad experience . The shipment was stopped because import duty and tax payment was required. DHL send me a message to pay the amount of 39,50 €. I refused because the delivery is in Europe (France) and taxes were already paid with my order. So I had to phone to DHL to explain the situation. It was a mistake but the delivery arrived too late for my daughter's birthday. Delivery costs are excessive in my case.

Fast and correct delivery. Fragile items carefully packaged!

I recently visited Amsterdam and bought a few things in the brick and mortar shop. It wasn't until I returned to Texas that I visited the website. I bought more and intend to keep buying! Beautiful hand painted pieces of art! I was a little worried about the shipping of fragile items but they were packaged so well! No worries!

The items were as described and received promptly.
