I recently sent a vase by Sylvain Tegroeg to Turkey. It was a birthday gift. The ordering process went smoothly, and the option to have it wrapped in gift paper is very nice. What could be improved: I was able to enter the address details, but I couldn't specify the name of the recipient, so it now looks like I live at that address. I would also have liked to include a birthday card or a written message. Some online shops offer that option.
The communication during the production process and the duration of the order is very good. What could be improved is the website information and how to order precisely regarding the communication of details in advance.
