Het was allemaal goed en snel gegaan met betaling en hij had al snel een email dat alles verzonden was naar Canada, de vazen staan mooi op de open haard.. Hij vond het een aangename ervaring en we zullen nu vaker wat bestellen. Heel erg bedankt.

One of the houses is not well finished. The sticker on the front of one of the two houses is crookedly applied and then it has been glazed over. Since this is a typical Dutch gift for Japanese people, it's a pity! However, it's not insurmountable, as the glazing is good. I cannot exchange it because I already have an appointment this coming Wednesday. Best regards, Frits Laugeman.

The cooperation and service was very good from the shipper, but I am still waiting for the product to be delivered, it was shipped from Amsterdam and I am in Indianapolis Indiana, so I did not expect real quick delivery, but I received an email saying that it was in there warehouse and I'm still waiting for the delivery. PS. DID YOU BREAK IT?

Great that the product was packaged in paper as shock absorption; I was a bit worried about styrofoam when I saw the large box. Hats off!
