I ordered on Monday but only received the package on Saturday. This was not the fault of Heinen, but rather Post.NL. One of your employees did everything possible to ensure that I received the package on time.

Items arrived within a short period of time with excellent packaging . Bracelets are as presented in web page . I am very pleased with the service received. Highly recommend this web store . Will use again !

Very fast delivery and beautiful products!

I ordered 3 items, 2 of which were the same jars. These were really nice and beautiful. The small mirror in Delft blue was not a mirror but smooth metal that you can look into. It was a bit disappointing.

Heinen Delfts Blauw is a lovely company to deal with. We visited a store when we were in Amsterdam and everyone there was nice and welcoming. I was delighted to see that I could still purchase the same items online because there were some "secret" items which I wanted to give my wife for her birthday that I didn't get while we were in the store. Beautiful Delftware, lovely people.
