    Twee miniatuurtjes besteld voor 15:00 besteld, maar niet de volgende dag ontvangen. (Zoals wel op hun website staat.) Ook de communicatie kan beter m.b.t. de status van de bestelling. Uiteindelijk heb ik de volgende dag zelf maar gebeld met de vraag of de bestelling nog die dag zou komen. De doos van een miniatuurtje was beschadigd; de buitenlaag van het karton was op enkele plaatsen weg, waarschijnlijk door het verwijderen van plakband. Niet zo netjes als je het als cadeau wilt geven.
