Geweldige conceptstore in Delft. Niets is teveel ....borden werden van de wand gehaald om te kijken of ze goed matchen. Fantastisch gewoon!

I was very happy with the quick delivery of my order of 3 stackable vases. The box looked neat, and I thought the contents would be the same. Unfortunately, today when unpacking, I found 1 large bottom piece of the 3-piece set broken, 1 middle piece with a crack, and 2 pieces with hairline cracks that I doubt will hold up during use. So out of the 3 complete sets, there is only 1 good set, 1 mediocre, and 1 broken... I emailed but have not received a response yet.

Really great service: the package ended up in a broken parcel machine and I needed it the next day because it was a wedding gift. The customer service representative (I forgot your name, sorry!) stopped the truck and personally ensured that a new package was delivered to a different location the next day. This way, I was still able to make the happy couple smile with a beautiful gift! Thank you again for this quick response!
