Only DHL was again poor with bad communication (announcement too late, no information on where the package was delivered, and worthless 'customer service').

Very thoughtful to resend the package. (DHL delivers when not at home (I couldn't change anything in the app), the package was left at the sorting center with the message to pick it up, almost a 2-hour drive from Zeeuws Vlaanderen 😣 with a delivery point just across the street.)
