    I usually love my HDB purchases. However, this order was received with a flaw. Of course, I returned it. They did send a replacement. When I brought the flawed product back to the store, I was met with frustration and rudeness. They didn’t want to take the product back in-store and tried to have me send it back via post. I persisted since I had made the special trip. Why list ‘return to store’ as an option if it’s such a hassle for employees? I’m not left with good feelings towards HDB anymore.
