    I ordered 2 tiles, one with a dog and one with a cat: the dimensions differed, one tile was thicker than the other, and there was a small piece missing from the back. The tiles were supposed to be 13x13 cm, but they did not fit in a 13x13 cm frame. Unfortunately, I could not return the damaged tile because it is a gift for someone in the US, and I was flying there in 2 days. The tile itself is nice and beautiful, but the finishing and dimensions are poor. I wonder if there is any kind of quality check at Heinen. What a shame.
