Perfect service. There was an issue with the delivery (not Heinen's fault, but DHL's). They immediately sent a new package and ensured that the gift arrived in time for the birthday. They think along with the customer and act quickly. What service! You hardly find that anywhere these days. Truly excellent! It is worth mentioning Bert van Buren, as he really makes a difference. Beautiful items. Received quickly and safely packed in (a lot of) paper. This time I bought a proverb board. Unfortunately, it didn't come with a stand, so I consulted Amazon. The monkey dish set by Janny van der Heijden is also beautiful! I think it should be expanded further! ❤
