The top part of a three-piece tulip vase that I bought years ago fell and broke. I thought I would contact Heinen and buy a new part. However, that part is no longer available. There are new colors now. Heinen's proposal was that I could send in the old two parts and choose a completely new vase, for which I only had to pay for the top part. What service!!! Amazing.
