I was pleased with the fast delivery, but the kingfisher wall plate was very disappointing; the colors are dull. The kingfisher's chest is characteristically orange, and that's how it looked in the webshop, but on the delivered plate, it is brown.
Once again, top-notch!

I purchased a beautiful tulip vase which I feel was excellent value for money. The other vase I ordered arrived broken but Heinen Delfts Blue refunded me immediately --I was given choice between refund or replacement without any fuss at all --well done-- excellent customer service I would recommend and buy again
