Fast and accurate delivery.

Ordering was easy, fast delivery, and the items are very beautiful. I had them wrapped, but three identical cups/packages were sent. So upon receipt, I couldn't tell what was what. I called, and it was handled positively. They said they would take this into account. The customer service listened!!

Nice products to beautify the living space.

The glasses case is of poor quality. The inside, a plastic layer, was already loose and doesn't fit well. Normally, this is made of fabric and is therefore better for your glasses. I will not include this in my assortment. I hope that the umbrella holds up well during use and is sturdy... It's a shame that you have to pay for returns yourself.

Received a plate where the holes for the hanging system were closed. I called, and the next day I received a new plate and a return sticker for free returns. That's what I call service!
