    I had a gift voucher for your store, but I couldn't find anything that cost less than the value of my gift voucher. This meant that I had to choose something additional to reach the total amount. In other words, I had to spend more than the value of my gift voucher. Additionally, there were shipping costs that I had to cover. This should have been deducted from the remaining balance of the gift voucher. So, what was supposed to be a gift for me ended up costing me money to receive my own gift. A bit disappointing.
