Fast delivery. The only thing I did not like is that I had to pay for 3 day shipping, which cost almost 40 dollars to send one ten Euro mug. I wish they would offer a much cheaper (and slower) mail option. I would much rather have waited longer to get my item and spent far less money to ship it!
