Very bad experience . The shipment was stopped because import duty and tax payment was required. DHL send me a message to pay the amount of 39,50 €. I refused because the delivery is in Europe (France) and taxes were already paid with my order. So I had to phone to DHL to explain the situation. It was a mistake but the delivery arrived too late for my daughter's birthday. Delivery costs are excessive in my case.

I recently visited Amsterdam and bought a few things in the brick and mortar shop. It wasn't until I returned to Texas that I visited the website. I bought more and intend to keep buying!
