I ordered a tail for my daughter. I found it exciting because it is quite a significant amount. I didn't receive an order confirmation, so I decided to call. A very friendly lady answered the phone and called me back within 15 minutes. Your order is on its way. It arrived one day later than promised, but given the extreme weather conditions right now, that's very understandable. The tail looks so beautiful and seems to be of really good quality. You won't find anything like this on platforms like Temu, etc. So for now, I'm very happy with it. I hope my daughter will be too on her birthday!
