Fast and good delivery of the items.

The product arrived quickly, which was nice. However, the mermaid tail showed significant signs of wear after just one swim, such as the top layer peeling off and the fabric pilling, which means it will likely be completely damaged after the next visit to the pool. In short, the quality in relation to the price is definitely insufficient.

Beautiful quality material and fast delivery. The only complaint I have is about the received discount code that just doesn't work, and after calling multiple times about it and being told that they would resolve it, nothing ever came of it. I also reported this again when placing the order (we had promised this tail to my daughter in the meantime), but there was also no response with a suitable solution. Because of this, I do not have a high opinion of the support and communication between this shop and their customers.
