    Everything went smoothly until the delivery. This was handled by DPD. They were supposed to deliver on Tuesday, December 18; I informed them that I would not be home and provided a safe place where they could leave it. When I got home, there was a message in the mailbox stating that my package had been taken to a pickup point on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, I went to the pickup point, but they claim that it never arrived. So, I haven't received anything and I'm not sure who I should communicate with now.
