I bought a product USB-C hub M-TECK and unfortunatelly I had some issues with my unit after a couple of months. However, I contacted the service support and explained my disappointment and immediately they told me that this is one of their best selling products and it is very unlikely to have problems. Nevertheless, they immediately offered a replacement and sent it to my address with no extra cost, as the unit also has a 2-year warranty. I got the new unit in the next day and everything is working fine on my work environment since then. Thank you for the quick response, very interactive and reliable.
