My experience has been over the last five months. I purchased a second hand e-bike at a fair market price. Advice, services and all interaction was professional and at the highest level one could expect. The result being that I have total confidence in using and recommending Kemper fietsen. They gave me a more than fair trade in on a new folding bicycle. I took the plunge and treated myself to a Tern Vectron Pi7. This was approximately € 1350.00 more than my planned budget. I have absolutely no regrets. It has been a fantastic experience interacting with sales and service staff. Thanks for your commitment to me. I highly recommend you. In the period prior to my purchase, I visited quite a few bike dealerships in Den Haag. I spent many hours researching price relative to quality of product and service. I decided due to my fantastic experience with you guy’s to purchase the bike from you.
