Actually, DPD wrote me an email warning about the delivery. And as it was the morning hours but when I’m at work already, I changed to “leave in the blue papier bin near the house”. It was confirmed by the service. But! The delivery arrived, didn’t find me at home, didn’t ask any neighbours, didn’t follow the note I left. They simply took my delivery to the parcel shop. Now. This parcel shop works week days 13:00-18:00 which makes it absolutely impossible for me to get there. And it’s far from my house. So they ignored all possible ways of delivering my parcel and simply left if in the stupid parcel shop where I can’t get it from. It the service you do for your customers?
