3rd time ordering here and also visited the shop in venlo. I really appreciate the range of herbs and everything else - not too much but always something new to explore and browse. Shipping is quite fast - usually 3-4 days to germany. Shipping in germany is done with hermes, which I don't like (they're one of the worst delivering services in this area). when one order got sent back because of hermes, they sent it out again without additional charge. When I ordered a clipper-set of 4, one was missing once. They surely would've sent a new set, but I didn't care about the missing one. But as a bonus, my last order (150€) included an indian-spirit grinder free of charge. I think, some products could have better descriptions (the growkit instructions especially) and better pictures sometimes (why not some pictures of the plant in the greenhouse?). The dynamic website translations are especially bad. one shopping-category specifically translates to "violated/raped by indian-spirit", which is not accurate at all (category is originally "rapé"). Also, adding items to the shopping cart doesn't work on any browser when using the translations. I had to change back to original text to be able to add them. at the store in venlo, we got good advices on many products, especially about legality etc. - sadly, many products weren't in stock and had to be ordered online despite driving there specifically to avoid that. Truffles seem to be out of stock quite often, ordering them online works like a charm tho. All in all, a shop with many quality products which needs some improvement on the technical/logistical side of things and accelerates in customer support and always having something new for their customerbase to try out

De service is goed. Toen ik een keer een vraag had werd die binnen een uur beantwoord. Producten zijn altijd in goede staat en goed verpakt. Al met al geen minpunten te melden.
