I had the experience of ordering from this site twice, the first time due to the seller's own mistake my product did not arrive at the warehouse, the second time the parcel was stuck in the sorting center for 8 days, then they just sent it back to the store without explaining the reasons. They responded quite quickly, but the phrase "we will call the courier service" took them a day. What is the problem with picking up the phone, dialing the number of the company with which you have a contract, and asking something, I do not understand. I will not give the store a third chance. They chose terrible delivery, people suffer. The store gets such a low rating because it saves on people who bring money to the business and there is simply no desire to order again. I do not recommend the store, since you may not receive the goods before your trip to the mountains

Zoals altijd weer prima advies gehad bij het uitzoeken van een nieuwe snowboardbril. Arno staat altijd voor je klaar voor het JUISTE advies (dus geen mooi verkooppraatje). Ik kom hier zeker weer en adviseer het ook iedereen die twijfelt.

The website is VERY MISSLEADING. They are advertising with same day /fast shipping, but that is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I ordered a new board at the beginning of my snow holiday, hoping it will arrive swiftly so I can enjoy it on the mountain. I simultaneously ordered bindings from another website and they delivered within 3 days!! It is now almost 2 weeks ago that I ordered my board here and it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. This is one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. They advertise with fast same day shipping and completely lie about it. They didnt even send it via express after it took them x4-5 days to even just get the package sent off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. You will find plenty of better websites that will deliver much faster and the same prices and quality. I wish I had bought elsewhere. Horrendous service.

They lie about their send off times. They dont respond on whatsapp. They dont take customer support serious. They use cheap and uneffective couriers. They have had many scandals - with other customers also not receiving their boards on times. DO NOT BUY HERE. They lie about so much. You find plenty of better websites to buy from. I wish I had bought elsewhere.
