Very good customer service! The website is a bit confusing, but had a good and quick answer from the team. Most of the items I ordered were nice and clean, apart from the Stokke bath's newborn support (covered in dust and sticky somehow) and the Bednest mattress's inside foam (came with a fair few human or animal hairs). I'm overall satisfied with their service and prices. I would totally recommend Babyloop to my friends, and I myself will use this in the future.

We spent 10 days in Amstedam with our 4month old, so we needed a couple of items. Delivery way super fast. Products in excellent quality. There was a small wooden piece blocked in one of the holes of the crib, which required a bit of care while assemblying, but nothing major. The return was flawless, we had to catch a morning flight and they came at our door 7.45am and everything was super smooth. Highly recommend!
