Zeer persoonlijke afhandeling ondanks de drukke tijd van het jaar.

Strange an unpleasant experience, i have orderd a bottle of spiced rum from them,and i have recived an unsealed bottle, i wrote them an email about it asking for another unopened bottle instead and they did not want to take any responsibility for the bottle they have sent,after a while i recive a phonecall from them and they have eventually offered to send someone to my door with a new bottle of rum to swap , This English woman arrives the next day,lets her self in to my house ,i show her the bottle they have sent me and immediately she starts saying : thats not the bottle we have sent you! I couldn't believe that this is really happening! Made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage for a damn bottle of rum,eventually she swaps the bottles and leaves with a wierd attitude, I will never ever buy anything from this website again because this is has been one of the most unpleasant experiences i ever had for a 20 eu bottle of rum!
