Klantenservice behulpzaam nadat levering uitbleef, helaas was het product waardeloos. Niet via aanbeveking van consumentenbond een klem/houder voor op de fiets kopen!

Fantastische service, heel goed gecommuniceerd over het verloop van de reparatie onder garantie, halen en brengen van de scooter, heel heel goed ! Als je van plan bent iets aan te schaffen is dit hét adres.

Ondanks de leveringsproblemen van de leverancier, toch een goede levering en service. Ik ben heel blij met mijn Nipponia E-Rex scooter!

Echt geweldige service. Vragen waren goed, duidelijk en snel beantwoorden. The rest of the review I am going to write in English. I live in the Randstad, so far away from Groningen and wanted to buy an electric scooter. I Googled the dealers in my vicinity and went to two showrooms and sent numerous emails about possible test drives. Not a single email was answered. In one shop the sales people were friendly, but they didn't have a scooter I liked. In the other shop the sales person was unfriendly and all my questions about the differences between different scooters were answered by telling me to 'go and look on the internet'. So I followed the advice and saw that unfortunately all of the scooter places at the top of the Google list, had terrible internet ratings with only one star being the norm and people ranting about the terrible service (not the scooters). Of course I didn't want to spend my money at such a place. That was when I started looking for an online shop with excellent ratings selling the scooter I want, and I found Fietstra - terribly far away, but they do countrywide deliveries. Their online ratings were excellent. I ordered my electric scooter (Nipponia ellegance). My emails were answered within minutes and in detail. Not only did I get the answer to when the scooter would be delivered, but also how to register it in my name. For somebody who never owned a scooter, this information is surely valuable. There was a factory problem with my scooter, but Fietstra went overboard to help me have it fixed with as little inconvenience to me as possible. It is always a possibility that even a new product might have a flaw. What makes Fietstra exceptional is the way they handled it. They were proactive and genuinely fantastic. I can and will definitely recommend them.
