The equipment is great. Delivered in a week (from the Netherlands to France), which seems normal. But they really should remove or clarify their promise of next day delivery. Apparently, it works only for delivery within the Netherlands but isn't clarified anywhere, thus is confusing and may be frustrating. The tracking worked fine. But in the confirmation email, my building number was absent from the address, so I had to use their website live chat (and they are not always online, even during the daytime) to ask them to correct my address. Before the chat, I had tried to email them but had got no response. They should improve their communication with customers. The DHL delivery man refused to take the box (45 kg) to the 1st floor. It's not Wharfedale's fault, but keep this in mind when planning how you will receive your order.

Goede service en communicatie. De stands werden nageleverd, met vertraging en werd daar netjes voor gecompenseerd, zonder discussie. Een voorbeeld hoe je klantenservice moet organiseren als winkel.

Goede en vlotte service. Snel geleverd. Verpakking beschadigd tijdens transport, gelukkig niet de inhoud. Bezorger niet erg vriendelijk.
