Is FLASKE betrouwbaar? Reviews en keurmerk

Before ordering and paying contact with Flaske was quick, prompt and effective. However, since paying its been very poor. We were told to expect a delivery within 14 days. Three weeks after ordering we chased and was told it was being produced that week and shipped the next. Fast forward two weeks and its still not been even produced. We were promised an update today but that hasnt happened. Really feeling let down by company. Certainly not able to do business level service. So.... its now Jan 2023 and we still do not have a parcel. After sending multiple chasing emails I received a reply on the 12th of Jan saying 'my parcel was lost and so an immediate replacement was made on 28th of Dec and shipped'. However, its weeks after that and it has STILL not arrived and wont until mid-Feb. My *guess* is that it actually hasnt yet been made yet because it seems ridiculous that another 3 weeks needs to go by before this has arrived. We have reported this as a fraud to our bank and the UK anti-fraud team. If we could reduce this to 0 stars we would. Shocking service with a complete lack of customer service, professionalism and empathy.

Dear Mark, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to know that you felt this expereince. We always do our best to make our customers feel happy after order and this is how it usually happens :) Misunderstanding about your order happened because of the Christmas madness, a little mistake took place, and we are very sorry about that, so we made everything to solve the situation. Our manager already contacted you and informed, that your bottles already produced and we arrange a Premium Express delivery for you, of course on our expenses, so you get your order as soon as possible. And a little bonus, about that our manager will call you and tell more details. Mark, we really sincerely hope that these decisions will help to brighten up the impressions of the situation a little and restore your loyalty.
