Mijn pakket is intussen 2 maand geleden besteld (naar België), maar is nooit aangekomen. Ik krijg geen reactie op mijn mails.

Wat ik niet goed begrijp is het volgende: Ik zet in mijn winkelkarretje 2x Waterklep 12V Solenoid, prijs €9,50 met korting € 7,60 Verzendingskost België 3,49 Bij afrekening totaal 2x 9,50 = 19€ + 9,90€ verzendkost Totaal 28,90€ ipv 18,69€ Dus, aankoop gaat niet door !!!

snelle levering, zoals beloofd, snelle reactie bij probleemmelding, deskundige hulp en ze nemen alle tijd voor het oplossen van problemen. (en uiteindelijk bleek ik zelf de veroorzaker te zijn)

I have ordered 3 meters of colored ribbon cable, awg 24. The cable received was awg 28 measured (resistance per meter, and confirmed with wire diameter under microscope). I didn't care about returning it, as it is a hassle, but I did drop them an email to inform them that their listing is incorrect and should be changed. Week later neither did I get a response, nor the listing is changed. In summary, you will probably get your order promptly, but it will probably be repackaged goods of a questionable quality. EDIT: Otronics have contacted me and said that they were in the process of relocation, so the response was delayed. Fair enough. They have immediately reimbursed me (which I did ask them, but I am grateful). Afterwards they also confirmed the product was not as specified, and will be raising the issue with their supplier. In the meantime they have update the product page on their website. It shows they care about their business and the value they bring. Overall I am satisfied, and changed the review to 4 stars.
