Roofsale

Goede webshop en makkelijk af te halen in de winkel.

I've ordered Royal Multiseal and got the wrong products delivered. Contacted the shop multiple times by mail and phone, and no one replied to me. A week later, I still need to call them to arrange a replacement. UPD. After I posted the review and, a few weeks later. getting no reply from Roofsale, started the claim procedure at WebwinkelKeur, the support team of Roofsale contacted me immediately and refunded the order. I asked them multiple times for a return label to return the wrong items, and they kept saying they sent it to my mail, but I did not receive it. So I just dropped it, until a month later, when they started calling me on mobile speaking to me with annoyment and almost anger, insisting that they refunded me and I got to keep the wrong items, so I should change my review. I now tend to think they did not send me the return label on purpose, to use it as an argument to push me to upd the review. In summary: - I do not recommend the shop - I had to waste time on placing the order, trying to initiate the replacement, trying to get the refund, posting reviews, trying to get the return label, and answering that pushy calls. And I've got 2 bottles of some cheap toilet isolation which I don't even need! It is a total waste of time, shops like that should be fined for treating customers this way. - always post your honest reviews, they do matter and help influence the behavior of the shops.
