Is Smartmarine betrouwbaar? Reviews en keurmerk

I heard lot of great things about smartmarine so perharps I had little too high expectations. But I was l dissapointed by 3 things. 1) delay with processing the order and shipping it . There was a confusion with adress , no one reached out to me to me for clarification,they just waited. 2)When I mentioned competion product,they gave me bunch of arguments why to buy theirs ,unfortunately half of those arguments are not true. 3 ) In today day and age with small company like this it takes 2 weeks to process the cancelatation and refund of orders.

Smart Marine heeft me goed geadviseerd in de combinatie met een high output dynamo en een Zeus controller. Volgend seizoen heeft mijn boot generator capaciteit, zonder de generator!

Hi Jakub, Thank you for your review. Your order was ready to ship within two days. During that time, we adjusted the delivery address several times at your request, as you wanted the package sent to different PostNL pickup points. The first location turned out to be permanently closed, and after that you selected another point, which we updated again. You then asked to receive only part of the combo deal because you had found an alternative elsewhere. We explained the differences between the products and managed to adjust the shipment at the last moment so it could still go out the same day. Making three changes to a single order inevitably causes delays, and splitting a combo deal requires manual processing and a refund. This refund was completed today, within a week of your request. It’s unfortunate that this was not satisfactory for you, but we processed every change as quickly as possible.
